Prof Rees’s inclusion in this program is a testament to her profound impact in the fields of Health, Equity, Innovative Finance, and Artificial Intelligence.

As one of only eleven individuals worldwide to receive this honor in the specified category, Prof Rees’s selection highlights her outstanding leadership and dedication to advancing healthcare, promoting equity, exploring innovative financial mechanisms, and harnessing the potential of Artificial Intelligence for social good.
